One of the world’s leading brand implementation firms, specialized in developing and rolling-out global signage & wayfinding systems, is looking for an experienced Environmental Graphic Designer for its New York office. In collaboration with the Design Manager, the Graphic Designer is primarily responsible for the production of site-by-site signage design schemes and the development and design of complex sign families for global clients. He/she reports to the Design Manager.
Minimum requirements are:
• Thorough understanding of in signage & wayfinding principles, and environmental & information design
• Highly proficient in and efficient with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator) as well as MS Office
• Good understanding of technical issues related to environmental design (materials, product design, engineering, installation, etc.)
• Ability to work with online brand management system database
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Accurate and detail-oriented
• Good team-working and communication skills
• Bachelor degree in the design field
